Training
Roman Krumins is a highly experienced and versatile trainer. He currently applies the principles of the TAFE Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training to the training material he structures, delivers to recipients and to the assessment of trainee competence.
A summary of training experience includes:
1979 - Part time lecturer in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics at Queensland Institute of Technology.
1980 - Part time lecturer in Materials Science and Mechanics of Solids at University ot Technology, Lae. PNG.
1984 - 1987 - Trainer in Safe Operating Procedures, Driver Training and Fire Fighting for ESSO Australia Queensland Operations.
1991 - Part time lecturer in Management for Engineers at Queensland University of Technology.
1993 - Part time lecturer in Thermodynamics and Operations Management at Queensland University of Technology.
1994 - 1995 - Facilitated task team input to the design of fifteen new construction and maintenance workshops for Queensland Rail Workshops Group. Included performing training needs analysis, definition of external provider training requirements, developing, delivering and assessing operations training for Rockhampton Locomotive Overhaul Shop.
1996 - Present - Numerous presentations for marketing of professional services and presentation of business consulting deliverables.
2002 - Achieved TAFE Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
2003 - Structured and delivered "Probity Principles and Practice" training material.
Current - Provider of the Mills Group Training Modules in "Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills and Client Driven Marketing.
